Today is the 90th anniversary of Boston's Great Molasses Flood, which saw 21 people dead and over 150 more injured when a giant tank of molasses (destined for rum) burst and cascaded through the heart of the city. Tom Martin-Erickson, host of Wisconsin Public Radio's Simply Folk program, commemorated the event by playing Jym's song "Molasses" on tonight's show.
